BSP Blueprint — Behavioural science platform
Assessment, then coaching that actually goes somewhere
BSP Blueprint gives organisations a structured behavioural assessment and an AI coach that works the result — inside the client's own methodology, not a generic model's opinion of it. Multi-tenant, billed per organisation, running on AWS.
The problem
Behavioural assessment usually ends where it matters most: a scored report lands in an inbox and nothing happens. The methodology that makes the score meaningful lives in consultants' heads and in slide decks, so coaching can't scale past the people who wrote it — and an off-the-shelf AI coach doesn't know the framework at all.
What changes
The assessment and the coaching are one product. An organisation onboards its own structure, its people take the assessment, and the AI coach picks up each result and works it against the client's framework — the same way their consultants would. Admins see the whole estate; finance sees billing that matches it.
Built for
What it does
Inside the platform
Structured assessments
Assessment flows with a directory of instruments, scored results per participant, and administration at corporation, company, and team level.
AI coaching on the result
An AI coach that reads a participant's assessment and guides development within the client's methodology — grounded in their framework, not a generic model's.
Corporation → company → user
A three-tier tenancy model with directories at each level, so a parent organisation administers its subsidiaries without seeing through their data.
Roles, permissions, invitations
Granular role and permission management with invite flows, so client admins onboard and offboard their own people without a support ticket.
Billing and plan management
Plans and pricing, promo codes, invoice management, and company-level billing administration built into the platform rather than bolted beside it.
In-product assistant
A chatbot service deployed alongside the platform to answer product and programme questions in context.
How it's built
The stack, specifically
No mystery boxes. These are the actual choices behind the platform — the ones that decide how it scales, who can read what, and how quickly it can change.

Our role
Takeover, continuity, and the AI capability
BSP Blueprint is PCS Global's product. We inherited it mid-build from a previous agency and kept delivery running from week one — no reset, no discovery restart. From there we completed the AI coaching capability inside their methodology and took over the AWS infrastructure and CI/CD. The written account is in our case study.
Infrastructure as code, from the start of our tenure
The whole estate — networking, compute, CDN, auth, WAF — is defined in CloudFormation and deployed through Bitbucket Pipelines, so environments are reproducible rather than remembered.
Auth hardened at the edge
Cognito with email OTP for second-factor sign-in, fronted by WAF, with the backend kept in private subnets behind an ALB.
