An enterprise behavioural-science platform for PCS Global: organisations run structured assessments, and an AI coach turns each result into guided development inside the client's own framework. We took the build over from a previous agency mid-flight and shipped the AI coaching capability on top of it.

PrefPal

Perioperative SaaSUS hospitals & ambulatory surgical programs

Surgical preference cards still live on paper and in spreadsheets, and they go stale silently. PrefPal makes them versioned and current, shares them to a case, and gives the OR team a real-time preparation checklist with mobile push. It deliberately stores no patient health information.

A multi-tenant call intelligence platform for US practices running several locations. It ingests call webhooks from voice agents and telephony, enriches each recording with AI transcription and analysis, and gives each location a role-scoped dashboard over what actually happened on the phone.

When a job closes in a field-service tool, WrenchCue runs the follow-up: an SMS with a one-tap review link, an AI voice call to whoever didn't answer, and a recovery queue that puts an unhappy customer in front of the owner before the one-star review lands. In active development.
