Engineering · Mid-Senior
Frontend Engineer
Own the core product UI of a live platform: React/Next.js interfaces that real users work in daily, shipped in weekly sprints with senior review.
The role
You'll be one of the primary owners of our client products' frontends — currently centred on a live behavioural-science platform we deliver end to end. The work is core product UI: complex flows, data-heavy screens, and the polish that separates software people tolerate from software they like. You'll ship every week, own features from design handoff to production, and set the bar the junior engineers learn against.
Role details
What you'll do
- Build and own core product features in React / Next.js / TypeScript, from design handoff to production
- Turn Figma designs into precise, responsive, accessible interfaces — and push back where the design can be better
- Own frontend architecture decisions: state, data fetching, component boundaries, performance budgets
- Review pull requests and mentor junior engineers without slowing the sprint
- Work directly with the client-facing delivery lead — no layers between you and why the feature matters
What you bring
- 4+ years building production frontends, with deep React and TypeScript
- Real Next.js experience — App Router, server components, and the judgment for what runs where
- A portfolio of shipped product UI you're proud of (links beat words)
- Fluency with modern CSS — we use Tailwind — and an eye that notices a 2px misalignment
- Strong written communication: our default is async and in writing
Nice to have
- Experience with framer-motion or equivalent motion work done tastefully
- Accessibility experience beyond lip service (keyboard flows, ARIA, screen readers)
- Experience integrating LLM-powered features into product UI
You'll work with
What you get
The deal, plainly
Senior-led delivery: your work is reviewed by people who've shipped production systems, and you see how they think
An AI-native workflow — modern AI tooling is standard practice here, with human review as the quality bar
Real products in production: client work that ships weekly and gets used, not internal demos
Async-first, writing-heavy culture on IST, with deliberate US/EU overlap instead of late-night calls
Competitive compensation, reviewed on outcomes
