Frontend Engineer

Ship real product features from week one — with a senior engineer reviewing every line and teaching you why, not just what.

Jaipur, India · remote friendly (IST)Full-timeReact / Next.js — supervised delivery

The role

This is a junior role designed honestly: you'll work on real, in-production client features under close senior supervision — scoped tickets, paired problem-solving, and pull-request reviews that explain the reasoning. We expect you to be productive quickly and better every month. What we don't do is throw juniors at client work alone; supervised delivery is the whole point of the role.

Role details

What you'll do

  • Deliver well-scoped frontend features in React / Next.js / TypeScript with senior review on everything
  • Implement designs faithfully and flag ambiguity early instead of guessing silently
  • Write and maintain component-level tests for the features you ship
  • Participate in sprint rituals and daily written updates — clear writing is part of the job
  • Learn deliberately: we'll set a growth path with you and review it openly

What you bring

  • 6 months–2 years of hands-on React experience (internships, projects, or a first job)
  • Solid JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals — you can explain what your code does and why
  • Something you've built that we can look at: a deployed project, an open-source contribution, coursework you pushed further
  • Receptive to direct code review and quick to apply it
  • Good written English — async-first means writing is how you'll work

Nice to have

  • Exposure to Next.js, Tailwind, or design tools like Figma
  • Curiosity about AI tooling — you'll use it daily here, with review as the safety net

You'll work with

ReactNext.jsTypeScriptTailwind CSS

What you get

The deal, plainly

A real growth path: supervised delivery now, ownership as you earn it — reviewed openly every quarter

Senior-led delivery: your work is reviewed by people who've shipped production systems, and you see how they think

An AI-native workflow — modern AI tooling is standard practice here, with human review as the quality bar

Real products in production: client work that ships weekly and gets used, not internal demos

Async-first, writing-heavy culture on IST, with deliberate US/EU overlap instead of late-night calls

How we hire

Four steps, no gauntlet

  1. Apply

Send the form on the role page — the cover note and links matter far more than a perfectly formatted CV.

  2. Intro call (30 min)

A real conversation about the role, your work, and whether the fit is mutual. No trick questions.

  3. Practical round

A scoped, role-relevant exercise or portfolio deep-dive — designed to respect your time, not a weekend of free work.

  4. Founder conversation & offer

You meet the person you'll actually work with. If it's a yes on both sides, we move fast.
